Earlswood Econoguard folding shutter gates were introduced to the industry to offer the client a more budget friendly option without compromising on quality.

Standard Specification
Gate BodyDouble rolled vertical picket section construction interconnected by pressed steel lattice work. Top hung using hardened steel convex bearings connected to pickets by solid steel pulley blocks. Bottom track uses specially cast steel guides. Galvanised finish as standard.
Leading EdgeFabricated from 1.5mm galvanised steel rolled section with full length galvanised steel back plate. Large bow handles fitted as standard. Optional recessed handle shaft side available. Recessed Mathews catches, interlock beak preparation and key operated mortice lock preparation all optional extras.
Gate LeafRolled 152mm leaf with galvanised finish as standard. 102mm and 229mm leaves also available.
Top Track SectionConstructed from two 3mm formed galvanised steel sections bolted together using 6mm fixings. Dimensions: 90mm deep x 69mm wide. Supplied with 25mm packing shims as standard.
Bottom Track Section3mm galvanised steel channel. External dimensions: 25mm deep x 25mm wide as standard. Heavy duty fabricated bottom tracks available as optional extra.
Fire ResistanceLanding gates tested to EN 81–58: 2003 for up to two hours fire resistance.
